SueHawks is a Chicago based artist and philosopher. From the age of 11 she embarked on a journey into personal power through several series of mysterious, fortuitous and synchronistic events that continue to this day. Her life has been often times very ordinary, always struggling with the ego, and occasionally glimpsing the truth of what it means to be a Divine human being.
In April of 2006 she began a dialogue with an invisible voice that became her first written work, Namaste. It has greatly escalated her commitment to the act of awakening within the insane dream world most of us call home.
When not writing, Sue can be found creating artwork for herself and clients throughout the Chicagoland area, talking with animals, offering council for people who are also seeking what it means to awaken to the Divine, or just hanging out with her 3 cats, dog and partner of 11 years.
